At Aitenee, we want you to love your home decor—whether it’s an acrylic tabletop piece or a crystal figurine. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s how we can help.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll arrange an exchange or full refund (including original shipping costs) upon verification.
To qualify for a damage/defect refund:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Include photos/videos showing the issue and original packaging (this helps us improve!).
Return Conditions
For all returns (including unwanted items):
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Promotional gifts included with your order must be returned too—otherwise, their retail value will be deducted from your refund.
- You must contact us first to request a return (see steps below). Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Custom-made decor: Due to their unique nature, custom items are final sale.
- Clearance items: Marked as “Final Sale” and non-returnable.
- Used items: Products that show signs of use (e.g., scratched acrylic, damaged crystal) cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@aitenee.com with your order number and reason for return. For damaged items, include photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- If approved, we’ll send you a return address and a unique code to write on the package (this ensures fast processing).
- Ship the item back using a trackable method (we recommend keeping the tracking number for reference).
Refund Details
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 1–3 business days (bank processing times may vary).
Note: Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable for unwanted items (not damaged/defective).
