Shipping policy
Processing time:
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed, especially during the holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.
Shipping time:
Because all products are customized, it takes 10-15 days to ship and transport.
You will receive an order confirmation upon purchase and then a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking number once your order is processed. You could also contact us via support@ aitenee.com for help.
What are Aitenee's Shipping Options?
Free standard shipping
We offer FREE shipping with purchases over $39. For orders below $39, you will be charged $7 for shipping. Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses worldwide excluding remote areas.
What are duties and taxes and who pays them?
Import taxes are implemented by your local government to mostly (but not only) protect your local economy and regulate international trade.
Clearing customs and paying import taxes is the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer. Aitenee cannot be held responsible for customs procedures or if taxes of any kind are charged to you upon delivery of your purchase.
Please remember that import taxes differ from shipping costs added to your order before you confirm your purchase. Import taxes do not go to Aitenee and are usually collected by the carrier on behalf of your local customs authorities.
